Spy party is a unique one versus one asymmetric multiplayer game which tasks a sniper with the goal of eliminating a spy attending a cocktail party surrounded by NPC's. The game has just launched on Steam in early access, but has previously been playable in open beta by purchasing the game through the developer's website.

As previously mentioned, a round can be played as either the sniper or spy. As the sniper you can highlight or lowlight various members of the cast based on your suspicion level and noticing of tells given away by the spy attempting to complete objectives. The spy attempts to navigate the party and accomplish various goals in a time limit; all while trying to retain their cover as an NPC. A round lasts usually around 3-4 minutes, and ends when the spy has either completed enough objectives (varies based on the difficultly level) or if the sniper makes the correct shot (and he only has one bullet) or waits out the timer before the Spy can complete his objectives.

Looks cool but the waiter models...
SpyParty's a cool game. It can get pretty intense depending on how experienced the players are and what cues they know to look for. Good stuff.
It sounds like they are going to get updated during early access; they're just left overs from earlier builds of the game.
Im pretty sure that was a joke by the devs when they overhauled the games visuals
