The Problem With Officials and Rust in General Plus A Solution

We all know that cheating is a problem in Rust. They get a cheap account, use their cheats, and maybe get banned in 24-48 hours if we're lucky. Then they buy another account and the process repeats. Sometimes we see people banned for "Hacker Association". This tends to end up being an entire clan getting shutdown in one felswoop.
What I am proposing is an increase in this via a three strike method. If a player is caught playing with/basing with a cheater then they should be server banned. Once they have been server banned 3 times they should be banned.
The lengths people go through to use cheats and boost their friends via loot gained from aimbot, esp, speed, silent aim, etc is crazy. There is a need for a strong response and removing incentive to play with cheaters by issuing bans to those caught doing it is one.
Obligatory: Get a better EAC.
