I have tried so many contents of TF2 and they don't work! Only one work but they are spawning as ERROR

try installing the game called TF2, it's free
I know it, I already have it installed and PREMIUM. When i say premium i mean i can play competitive. Anyways, it doesn't work either.
try your mount.cfg in
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\cfg
and add
"tf" "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Team Fortress 2\tf"
