What exactly do you mean when you say that these things have been optimized? Isn't it pretty subjective how people want to have their weapons balanced? Seems like it's just a re-upload with different stats.
Also, wouldn't this be breaking a steam/copyright rule by reverse engineering an modification for a game without the owners explicit permission (INCONCEIVABLE!)? There doesn't seen to be any open-source versions of this addon to begin with.

So...you just downloaded 14 M9K weapons, rewrote some numbers in the lua code to make them a bit different, and just reupload that? Thats even dumber than your HUD that you made, where you explain the installation which is subscribing to the addon (which already installs it), then find the gma, then extract it, then put the extracted folder in the addon folder. What are you even doing???
