Modularized plenty of things. Mostly internal code improvements, so not much to see.
For instance, when "arresting" that other simpleton, it runs a scripted event and when it reaches its target. The target will receive a scripted event from the golden boi, making the whole cooperative event thing play out nicely. And when interrupted, the golden hat guy will still try to arrest him.
Everything powered by 3 simple systems: mind, body and sense.
They still keep priorities in their decision making process, so even a direct command can be interrupted if something more important comes by.
