My server does not appear in the Community Server List after portforwarding.

Last night I tried setting up a server on my Computer to play with some buddies. I downloaded the server zip from the facepunch rust website and went through the setup and im able to join it with client.connect localhost:28015 . When I try searching it up in the server lists nothing appears for me or my friends. My friend cannot connect with my ip either. I tried adding the ports to my firewall on my computer, still no changes. I attached an image with the ports i forwarded. Help is appreciated

I have the same thing with my brother yesterday kicked from the server 52.58.111.204:28015
 and cannot go and he does not appear in the server list. DEAR DEVELOPERS solve the problem

You will need to provide the public IP address and port of your server if you wish people to test the internet connectivity.

Don't worry about your public IP address being shown, it's the number used to connect to your server and without it people can't connect.

Please be sure you did all of the steps on the Rust Dedicated Server Guide on steam.
