They are blocking 16 millions IPs all over the world including 1.8 millions IPs of Amazon Web Services. [RU] Facepunch 1 and 2 servers are hosted on Amazon, so most of russian people can not connect it. Just know that if you have this error: "Disconnected: Connection attempt failed", it means that your internet provider blocks Amazon's IPs (almost all russian internet providers do this since yesterday because it's prescribed by the law).
