so my friend is letting me use his windows server to host my darkrp server
however he doesn't have a gamepanel.
so how can i connect to my console>rcon? when i'm not on my server? can someone help me. thanks in advance.
i suspect it may have something to do with the
"rcon_address <IP>"
but i was never able to get that working
i was only able to use RCon when rcon_address was set to "" and i was connected to the server
