Facepunch 3 is online but I can't see the server neither connect via IP

From this morning to now I haven't been able to see [EU] Facepunch 3 in the server list. I have tried to connect via IP, checking IP like 5 times in case I wrote it wrong and it redirects me to Amsterdam II. I have knowledge about computers.
I have reinstalled Rust and reinstalled Anti Cheat, I had no effect.
I have friends inside the server and it is now poblated with 84 people, I still can't find the server neither writting the correct name or refreshing.
Can I receive any help that can solve this issue?

nope, 3 of my friends can join normally and 2 of them are in the same country as me, but me and other 3 friends can't join or just see the server to the list, i really don't know wtf happening, i waste 1 whole day trying to join and find out what happen but nothing.. eu1= full of hackers, rustafied= queue, eu 3= deddos and more, thats really sad
Too bad facepunch does not give a s..t about the comunity.They are loosing a lot because of this .and the only message u get from them is you don t help if you are telling us that server is down.well server is down for 6 hours today only.and it s going down every day.facepunch you don t care about us ?the ones that choose to play on fpch 3 ?

My only solution was to change the internet service provider (i used my mobile).
It's not correlated with IP. I've changed it.
It's not a PC problem nor an account problem.
The best thing we can do is to migrate to Facepunch 4. As this wont be solved early enough ;(
