Hello, facepunch eu 3 is running and there are like 100 players online but me and some of my friends cant see the server and when we trying to join by ip it says server is not responding, anyone knows what can we do?

face punch know the server is down they are working on getting it back up posting wont help
@parzival7 the problem isn't that the server is down, the problem is that indeed the server is up we can't join it or even see it. We can't even join using IP it just appears "Amsterdam II (223/250)"
We need help with this, no info in internet.
The best thing we can do is to migrate to Facepunch 4. As this wont be solved early enough ;(
