how will you do it? its a real time game, you need to slow down all player. timing differences are not possible i think
it makes you slow.. (slower turning and movement speed)
this would be cool, it could slow down movement speed, similar to 1 piece of heavy armour equiped and also dim the vision alot and make some scary heart bumping noises or something

Poison darts? Disabled in about 5 minutes, faster if running, unless you take meds. Slower movement towards the end, blurry vision, the works.
Would not kill you outright but, being a stealth attack, you have to decide if you waste time searching for the enemy or return pronto to your base for antidote
it could make you sleep and you cant aike up untill a timer ends
If you were to use a weapon like a blow dart it should be very difficult to use depending on what the target is wearing and a single dart shouldn't fully disable someone. You should have to hit skin or clothing with less protection to get the full effect from the dart. For example, hitting someone in the chest plate, kilt or helmet would not do anything as the dart wouldn't be able to pierce through the armor, hitting clothing would take effect from the dart but maybe only half, and hitting bare skin would give the full effect of the dart. The effects of the darts could stack depending on how may times you hit your target successfully; starting off with maybe some slowness or dimmed vision, but could eventually work its way all the way up to total loss of control/going unconscious and eventually death if not treated within a certain amount of time. The actual blow dart should only make a small blowing noise that can only be heard up close and should take a few seconds to reload after each shot.
btw this would also make it so the people that are getting salty about starting up being hard.. now you actually have that chance of living in a battle.
