Hello i got a pc with gtx 1060 6gb, 16 ram ddr 4, intel core i7.
Whatever i try i get this message on startup after the last update.

I had the same issue but it fixed it self after game restart. but i suppose you have tried that already.

If before your game was working, try to
Win+R
Write there %TEMP%
Ctrl+A
Delete
Do not be afraid, it's cash and you can delete files in this foulder safety. Some files will still stay there, but it's oke.
