The sun has set on that little dog.
As painful as it is to suggest, the Queen’s time is coming to a close. It only seems fitting that she decided to not breed any more Corgis, as she didn’t want any left behind after her passing. There’s also been speculation that the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting this year will be the last CHOGM which she will ever attend.
The death of a empire
Corgis are easily top 3 dog breeds.
I miss my jack russel corgi
What if she's actually immortal just to spite, flip a finger and laugh like a loonie at everyone beneath her?
I take it you got lucky and it didn't have the Jack Russel personality. Jack Russels are assholes.
Now that her horcruxes are no more, her time is coming to an end
tbh I suspect that anytime this or next year now to wake up to work and see headlines that Queen has passed away, it will be one of those big headlines that everyone will talk about for weeks, there will be documentaries on TV, news articles posting her bio and life accomplishments etc... Also does UK go into Mourning or something? I remember reading that literally everything (That has her coat of arms) needs to be changed?
London Bridge is down https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Operation_London_Bridge
Yeah, once she dies there will be essentially a countrywide shutdown for like week while Operation London Bridge (seriously that's what they called it) is run through. The economy will be slammed HARD, and all comedy shows will be canned for 2 weeks on public broadcasters based within the country (no one can be happy I guess ). Also have to consider, every country that has her on their currency, will need to reprint them with the next monarch. Her death and the coronation of the next monarch will also be classified as public holidays which in turn will hit the economy in the long run. So you're looking at around £5.6 billion overall when she hits the can, that counts her funeral, the coronation and the economic impact. Shes an economic timebomb if you wanna look at it that way.
There should be something where if the queen dies legislation going on at the time related to major national events should be halted for a few years or so, just so the economy has time to recover.
Really shitty time to be planning brexit.
When Elizabeth goes down, Charles will be next, and I don't imagine he'll last long either. Going to be a bit of a problem to have to reprint every bit of currency twice in ~20 years.
Clearly the only reasonable response is for Elizabeth to request that Charles gets buried in their mausoleum with her, Pharaoh style.
