'Celebration' by the Kool and the Gang. It's totally not overused in tons of movies and TV shows at all. Just because the title is called "celebration" doesn't mean that's the song that needs to be used a thousand times.
'Don't Stop Believing' is a good song, but it's so overpraised that it makes me hate a song little by little over time.
Pretty much every Taylor Swift song. Every store I walk into plays like 5 of her songs in a row.
Benny Hill Theme. And "Let the Bodies Let the Floor", for reasons I don't need to explain.
Your turn.
I've heard 3 am by Matchbox Twenty since I was like a lil baby boy and still do. I don't understand how that songs survived like 20 years of radio time
7 Years by Luke Graham. I don't need to be reminded of my impending mortality and the relentless passage of time every single time I walk into a target
Let Her Go - Passenger
Instrumentals are fine.
Text is decent-ish though a bit repetitive.
But oh-my-dear-fucking-god that obnoxious nasal voice he is using for it.
Seriously. I'd rather listen to 5 minutes of political discussions and insurance commercials than having to endure that drivel.
literally everything ever recorded by ed sheeran, but especially "shape of you"
There's Nothing Holding Me Back and Stitches by Shawn Mendes
Shape of You by Ed Sheeran
That's What I Like by Bruno Mars
I don't know if they still play these but Take Me To Church by Hozier and Happy by Pharrell Williams would play nonstop 24/7 back when they came out and I couldn't stand it.
I will wait I will wait I will wait I will wait I will wait I will wait I will wait for you
x ad nauseum
I'm not even someone who dislikes Mumford & Sons.
I even think it's a decent song.
But... they do have other songs. Play one of those for once.
I'm fine with Sweet Home Alabama.
I like Werewolves of London.
I cannot stand listening to All Summer Long. At all. Why does it even exist.
Tom Petty's American Girl.
Tom Petty is great and all, but FUCK ME my local radio station of choice plays it almost every other fifth song it feels like. PLEASE.
Bohemian Rhapsody and Don't Stop Me Now by Queen
Mr. Blue Sky by Electric Lights Orchestra
Paint It Black by The Rolling Stones
Basically anything that is overplayed or featured in commercials.

What About Us by P!nk
Every time it comes on the radio I just groan.
Also, just about anything by Adele.
My local rock station seems to LOVE playing "Panama" by Van Halen.
So, that'd be my pick.
Anything by Radiohead. My brother and dad are both big fans and play them all the time. Drives me mad.
There is only one good representation of Sweet Home Alabama, and it's this:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jrg0X9H6FGU
Despacito. I've been hearing it a bit less as it's popularity is fading, but I work for a venue and EVERY party has to play it at least twice.
Anything Imagine Dragons.
Anythng in Danish generally, unless they're from our older movies
Ok, this will be a fairly long list.
Anything from One Direction (including all 5 solo songs)
ANYTHING Justin Bieber
Anything Taylor Swift
Anything Adele
Anything CVRCHES (except one song from many years ago with Eric Prydz)
Every new Drake song
Every single mumble rapper (eg: Lil Pump, Post Malone, 6IX9INE(wtf is this name), Lil Uzi Vert)
Anything from Kendrick Lamar
Black Panther Soundtrack
Anything that P!nk made in the past 8 years
Anything Lady Gaga
Anything Nicki Minaj (with only very very few exceptions)
Anything Years & Years (except Sunlight and King)
Anything Kiesza
DES-PA-GOFUCKYOURSELF
Anything Sia (except early works like Clap Your Hands and Titanium), in general her voice and accent is so obnoxious and why the fuck is she trying to appeal to young kids even though she will soon be 50
Anything Pharell made/collabed with in the past 11 years
Anything Ed Sheeran
Few local artists
Anything Macklemore
i could remember some more. but this should be enough
I get really fed up with my work place's playlist on some days.
This fucking song. I knew 2 seconds into hearing that it would be on constant repeat before graduation, as if it were the greatest years of our lives. And this was before i got to high school.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=foyAOoVagWw
Def Leppard's 'Pour Your Sugar On Me'. I'm sure even Def Leppard themselves have to be sick of that fucking song.
Whitney Houston - I will always love you. I hated this song upon first hearing it and the hundreds of times I've heard it, parodies included.
Everything on the radio
I know it's cheating, but most recent music in general. Most of it sounds like someone half assed lyrics to the background music of a shampoo/toothpaste/ointment commercial. And somehow that stuff is popular with kids and teens.
Then again I might be jaded and biased as I grew up with my parents constantly playing The Who and other well known classic/oldies music.
Ad songs.
You mean the original or the Kid Rock version? Cause I used to not really mind it until he decided to take a dump on it and it got played everywhere all the damn time.
This song's "emotion factor" isn't very strong if high school was a complete diarrhea quality, waste-of-time experience for you. I went to a super preppy Disney Channel-like high school. Ugh.
My gym plays the same 2 spotify playlists every fucking time I'm there. There's the shitty EDM white girl station and there's the modern rap one which would be good except hearing the same songs over and over makes me hate them all. I keep hearing "bling blang blow he gon be a hero"
Uptown funk
It's a great song but whew, that overplay.
literally anything by ed sheeran
eugh
