Now to get straight into it I am trying to have a Particle Effect go off whenever a player is hit like this but I don't know if there is already an effect like this or how to apply it.

My Second Effect I am trying to achieve is in TTT the teleporter effect is pretty boring so I am looking to change the effect to this same question as before where do I need to change and is there already a Particle Effect I could use?

I understand its a lot of knowledge you would already have to know but I was directed here from another Subforum that you lot may know more about this.
Is there a Particle Effect Viewer I can look through to save you the work?
