Token Trump supporter trying to take the moral high ground is good for a grin. Nobody is pleased about prison rape -- our prison system is a nightmare desperately in need of a massive overhaul of policy, purpose, and conditions. Seeing one of the nation's preeminent scumbags ready and willing to flip on the nation's foremost scumbag because to save his own skin, however, is just quality entertainment -- especially when the policies his master champions pretty explicitly support brutal prison conditions. It's like being the architect of his own hell.

OT: While it may be somewhat distasteful to allude to such things as (prison) rape on the news, I am entirely convinced Cohen is an insecure motherfucker who would worry about such things. He's a guilty person who's afraid of retribution against his crimes.

Rape doesn't have to be about sexual desire. Yeah, it can be, and a lot of the time it is, but it can also be used as a particularly 'effective' way of brutalizing somebody in an insanely cruel way.

Look, rape is terrible, but it's not about being attractive here in the physical sense. It was a joke about how terrible of a person he is, and how everyone has standards ethically speaking. A little tasteless? Sure, I'll cop to that, but it's not equitable to "she's not even attractive enough to be raped", he's just looking at tv stereotypes and applying that to real life. Additionally there's an unfounded racial overtone about sexually repressed minorities who are chomping at the bit to make someone "their wife". That shit's stupid and overblown, even though rape in prison is a problem(as it is everywhere) it's not to the same magnitude as TV and media portrays it.
Regardless, he's not going to get raped in prison. He committed white collar crime and would probably be sent to a low security prison with a lot of privileges, so the chances of him getting raped are ridiculously small. I've been maintaining that all along, and I still think it's fucking ridiculous that HE thinks that he'll be raped in prison.
Sure, just like white-collar criminal Martin Shkreli who's currently chillin' in a minimum-security prison.
Shkreli had a fair amount of money. Cohen has big connections and lots of money.
