There is no racist intent behind this. IMO the peeps who judge her guilty are doing so coz they dislike her or her other lyrics rather than actually thinking shes racist - and when the law is applied in such a way theres a BIG problem.

It's not an exaggeration when people say the UK, along with most countries, don't have freedom of speech in their law. They may have some specific forms of freedom of speech, like freedom of the press, but it's not an absolute ideal like it is in the US.
