Not been on facepunch in a while, can I link oldpunch account to newpunch?

Hey! I haven't been to Facepunch in a good long while, but the new site is really nice looking and makes me want to spend more time here. My old account was made a number of years ago and has a non-insignificant number of posts made on it, and I see a number of users with their actual join dates on their newpunch accounts. I think I might've accidentally just made an entirely new account though. Am I stuck with this fresh account forever? I don't mind if I am, a fresh start is nice and the old name I had on here kinda sucked, just curious.
