Random Server Crashes | Segmentation Fault on Linux Server

Hello, at least once a day, my server randomly crashes and gives out this error :

./exec_gmodzokeyssand.run: line 333: 25377 Segmentation fault      (core dumped) $HL_CMD
email debug.log to [e-mail]
Fri Apr 20 12:45:21 EDT 2018: Server Quit

I've tried verifying files but it doesn't work. How do I fix this? Could changing to a window machine fix it?
