Used to be funny at first but now there's a few YouTubers who use exactly the same editing style and I just didn't find 95% of the video amusing. It's getting to the point of being too generic. Not like I'm surprised, but this editing has turned dry pretty quick for me.
Its meme overload... you never go full meme.
I'm not tired of the style at all but I genuinely think this video is below the quality of his previous stuff.
Yeah, he overedits the video. His PUBG videos hit the sweet spot I think, with quiet moments and well paced memes, whereas his last few videos have been obnoxiously loud, packed with way too much shit, and you can barely tell what's going on because of all the fast clip switching.
He's overediting his videos because there's no substance to it.
There's no actually funny scenarios in this video other than "shoot man with gun". That's not a problem with Fortnite, that's a problem with how quickly he wants to push videos out now that his channel blew up.
What you end up with is just 4 minutes of over-edited memes and screenshake to distract you from the nothing that is actually going on in the video.
These " The *insert game here* experience" videos in a nutshell: You've seen one, you've seen them all.

Compared to his other videos, this one wasn't that exciting.
People complaining about him overediting are completely missing the point. The video isn't lacking because of that since it's his style, it just felt like this time around there wasn't any coherent them and the pacing was underwhelming.
I remember being 12 and people making these annoying videos in Gmod...

He's just not putting effort in it anymore because the popularity went to his head. I still think the first Fortnite video and Mr. Worldwide was fucking peak.
Fortnite is boring as shit to watch compared to PuBG and has way less sporadic/broken moments and less preparation in forming and executing a gran plan, both of which are entertaining to watch or play.
Which pretty much means all of Albinos Fortnite vids are gonna be a compilation 3 things, a naughty nade kill, a comeback from an unwinnable scenario or SURPRISE I BROKE DOWN YOUR/MY WALL THEN SHOT YOU.
