I've noticed for a while that barely any components spawn on roads/power lines on my server. I've assumed it was because the server population isn't that high, but now i'm really curious. Does player population on the server, or the amount of bases on the server affect how many component spawns there are? Or is it something i'm causing?
Did you check the entire map? because if as you say your population isnt high then there are not people breaking barrels in all areas, meaning the junkpiles are not respawning in different locations, you may just be destroying the same barrels over and over again and the rest staying stagnant in other ares of the map!
Yes I've checked the entire map. There's barely any component piles spawning. Some roads which are pretty long have like one or two piles, and idk about you, but I don't feel like running across the whole map to hit a few component piles. This seems to be an issue with barely any spawning in. I've went onto plenty of other servers that barely have anyone on and they're litered with components and scientists, and that is vanilla.
are mostly the laundry and barrel junkpiles spawning cause i know those have the shit components
