Banned in Rustafied for nothing.

Hello.Im Serg.Why i got banned in Rustafied for nothing?I play without cheats AND NEVER GOT BANNED IN RUST.I bought rust yesterday.Today i got message that i got banned for nothing?

It is not EAC ban.Server ban. I read stick post.How i can message EAC about appel if i dont got EAC ban?
