Why is it the walls and foundation explode with like 1488934 pieces Can you not make it explode with its own pieces instead of creating More walls or foundations to make a exploding shit show of .. debris It usually causes rust to throw up screen error messages and crashes the client most times from foundations and walls exploding or my client is broken either way its sucking the life out of my Intel Pentium III And for the god of all PLAYERS Back track and find out why the shit rust needs to suck all the ram my Computer has.. and when it closes it hang in the task manager for at least a good 3 to 4 minutes before closing hanging at 45k ram this is from normally closing and when game crashes i usually restart the Computer and be back in game before 4 minutes is up
You can turn your debris particles down all the way to help a little (in game settings). Other than that all i can say is get a better computer. That will help the most. My computer is mid-range and i can load up in under a minute, be on fantastic settings at 100+ fps and when i close the game, it leaves my task manager almost instantly. This game is not very potato-friendly.
Yea turn down max Gibs is settings under performance.
You forget how to read i don't have problems loading the game.. it just happens when ever when a Structure decays its a rust ERROR that flags in red writing across the game before the server kicks me for Invalid Position... then the game crashes.. after that If i need to buy something bigger then Intel i7 16gig nvidia geforce gtx 1050ti to play rust then i dont need the game..
Turn max Gibs down to a value under 200, makes all the difference. Thats pretty much my setup. After trialing different settings I've got the game working pretty sweet, however... There is a memory leak issue going on. Especially noticeable If I play in Beautiful or Fantastic mode, minutes into the game and I'm using at least 6GB and within an hour or so get up to 12GB at which point my computer is hard out paging, so have to restart the game regularly and not have much else running at the same time. So I play in lower graphics settings, which sucks because otherwise my PC performs great in them, but all this does is delay the inevitable, it just starts at a lower point before leaking its way up. This is despite having launch option -maxMem I've tried values from 6GB up to 9GB, doesn't matter it gets ignored and Rust balloons until the PC runs out of room over a period of hours. Very frustrating. Last time I checked was after the last update with the same results. So I'm forced to use lower graphic quality settings to reduce the number of times I have to restart the game. I regularly F7 report.
