Hannity is one of the dirtiest people still at Fox News, the man doesn't have a single shred of integrity in his entire body and basically uses his show as a platform to protect his personal financial interests.
So this man actually profitted heavily from the collapse and then push for deregulation. Man, if this isn't somehow illegal or at least morally repugnant.
Hannity is scum, pure and simple.
Ding ding ding, welcome to why housing is so fucking expensive. Infact, another article showed he asked for the HUD to help him buy a lot of property too. Thats including 2 apartment complexes in my state. People like this love it when the market crashes. They lose little but stand to rake in millions in land value for a fraction of the cost.
Having to divide my thoughts and prayers between Trump, Alex Jones and now Hannity is really exhausting. I've been on a diet of 4000 calories a day and it isn't enough to keep my energy up. Upping it to 6000 for an all night positive energy session.
I mean when you push it to its abolute extreme, the end state of a capitalist economy is a single ubercorporation in control of everything, including effective control over world governments even if there is the outside appearance of independence. And something like that doesn't happen overnight. It's a long slow climb of smaller injustices and consolidations.
And what can we do?
Protesting and not voting a fascist into power would be a good first step.
Pretty much any sleaze-ball with money profited from the collapse, as they had enough to stay afloat AND exploit the eventual recovery.
