Blame Putin and your government. You can't fix a server when it's blocked by a government.

Your government blocked 16 million IP's, including those of some of your own cell phone companies. Basically any reliable server service runs under Google or Amazon infrastructure, and those were the IP's targeted. There is literally no new IP to switch to.
Until your government gets their shit together your going to be better off joining a community server, and whatever work you had into the RU servers is long gone.
