If you want something from SP and maybe from MP then don't fuckin' use it if you don't want screwed textures which NR does pretty well.
Use instead this tool. Yeah, it's pretty limited on new CAS files since develop was ended in 2016.

you mean this tool only work with the Old BF4 it can't use on the BF4 i buy in the orange?
Strange i tested it on latest version from Orangin and it work flawless. But as I said before only on some of CAS archives.

Man I don't know so. You must try it. But i think it mainly and only for BF4.

Drag the cas file to run_binary.bat ?

No you must run "run_binary.bat" and follow instructions. It will ask you where you have located game files.
when i open that bat it show
"DO NOT CLOSE THIS WINDOW,ITS REQUIRED! JavaFX does only works onJava 8+ Please type in any additional arguments. [ENTER]"
and then....When i press ENTER
it show
"Starting with Arguments:[No-Arguments] Version: 0.42B" and then nothing...

I don't have game files, that's the reason why it look like. Once program initialize game files then it will work.
