This was the meeting that was supposedly about Russian adoption issues but allegedly was really about Don Jr., Paul Manafort, other Trump campaign members, and two Russians, one a lawyer allegedly representing the Kremlin and the other a former Soviet counterintelligence officer and currently a Russian-American lobbyist, setting up the stolen Clinton emails leak to damage her campaign and help swing the vote for Trump.
The meeting Don Jr. confirmed when he inexplicably tweeted out the smoking gun on his own free will, with the highlight phrase “If it’s what you say I love it especially later in the summer.”
