It's pretty much confirmed to be him, but a press conference will start in about an hour where we'll learn a lot more.
I'm so happy they finally caught this dude, been following the case since 2013 and have been hoping they'd catch him alive.
It's unfortunate his real age is at the end of the age estimates.
