Sooooo. You say as the developers that you cannot/will not help people who have been banned either a legit ban or not. You refer them to EAC.
I was banned for some unknown reason. I haven't played except on my own server as an admin. I have emailed EAC to no avail. They don't even have an auto reply to let the user know that their email was received let alone an email back. I have a total of 5745 hours of game time. I have never cheated. Why wont you help your paying customers resolve issues with a company that you have hired to do the worlds worst job at finding cheaters. Thousands of complaints about this company and yet you do nothing. I do understand that a lot of the complaints are from legit cheaters but then there are players such as myself who haven't cheated. Of course the posts that I have seen EAC respond to are just "we've checked and you were cheating" is a load of crap, mind you I haven't even had that courtesy extended to me. Change your anti cheat company to a legitimate company that is willing to assist players and that have a decent anti cheat program.
Thats my gripe for now.

So after getting banned 11 days ago and having emailed them recently you are upset that you didn't get an immediate response? You realize that 1. they have a ban appeal system in place and 2. they literally handle thousands upon thousands of players across well over a dozen big name games right? EVERY legitimate anti-cheat group has similar amounts of people and games to contend with. Have some patience.
Yea well I have the same issue I sent them a ban appeal and then sent them another one and they never responded. I tried rust reddit, steam rust reviews, steam rust discussions, rust forums (here), a couple youtube vids to spread awareness, adding people in the similar case as me and even discord servers. If you actually are not a hacker and you are false banned like me good luck (its been 34 days since my ban) but if you are a hacker have fun with your ban.
I wish I had somehow added or met a dev in the past, they are impossible to get a hold of now.
