Can someone convert this MMD model into a gmod model for me?

Gmod model as in an SMD or a ragdoll?
MMDs are a fucky bunch, but they can still be converted into SMD using blender and an MMD importer, both are free.

SMD, I can't figure out blender, It's my first time using it so having someone lead me through or just do it for me would help. I have Blender and the MMD plug-in but I can't figure out how exactly to well... plug in the plugin

That's the worst part about MMDs as far as I know, for some reason I can't get the armatures, I am sure there's a way but if you really want to make it into a model you can wait for someone that actually know what he's doing (not me) or try to guess where the bones should have been in the first place.

mmds come as one entire shapekey.

you have to break it the model apart and put it back together if u want to keep them (10k vert limit for objects with shapekey data). And MMDs tend to have have ridiculous vert #s, and trying to dissolve them to lower resource counts (just to be able to compile) can mess up the shapekey you are trying to save, or if you did an incomplete split of meshes the keys will corrupt
