Those are my fucking assets holy shit 😂
What does that mean?
Did they like steal your shit or something?
Nah I have a gas station pack on the Unreal Marketplace that they must've bought, the pumps are just straight rips but the surrounding structure has been tweaked.
It's just funny
Wow dude, that's pretty cool. Literally tens of people will see it every time they play!
Honestly I've peaked in life and should just end it now.
Also this video is brilliant as well.
I’ve seen streamers play this game, it’s so bad. You are almost guaranteed to find a semi-game breaking bug each round. No to mention instead of a circle they lock off random blocks of the grid which seems unique and it is but when put in play it fucking sucks
so many streamers are supporting it despite these bugs (paid id assume) and in turn there’s thousands of people supporting this blatant cash in game and blindly following what x streamer says

How wacky.
I've been playing it and it is actually a lot of fun. I've been enjoying it, but it is early access..it is even advertised as "extreme early access", there are a lot of placeholder and dev assets still in the game. The game has been out for maybe 2 weeks now, they've already did one performance patch which was good. Game still has a metric ass tone of bugs and issues to iron out. But again, i know the state it is in and how early access it is.
It is F2P and I don't see any issues with it. All the cosmetics you can unlock can be bought with in-game earned money which is not hard to obtain. Best part of the game for me is, you jump right into the game, and immediately get into fights. I played PUBG and jumped in cities which are right in the flight path to not see a single person until the last few circles.
I've done this song and dance with Pubg and I'm not about to do it again with this game. You really expect them to spend money to develop new assets from scratch when they already bought placeholder ones?
Did they ever add the female gender?
I don't think he means placeholder as in marketplace content, he means literal block-in assets like dev-textured buildings.
Yes, i mean this. Thank you.
Cliffy B is pretty passionate about making money.
Which is quite a shame because I really don't like the "closing storm" that other battle royales tend to have, since I believe it causes some pretty unfun camping.
Ofc how you could do better beats me
There really isn't a way to make storms in battle royale entirely fair. Someone will always have an advantage and be lucky enough to drop in the center where they can sit the whole game.
If you randomize it, above happens
if you don't people just drop in the center spot and camp the whole game
I was thinking about a type where two giant walls close on the map, Where two lines running vertical close, then two lines horizontal close, with each line taking turns closing in
Is any of that cash making its way to you?
Assuming they actually bought it, probably more than Radical Heights has made.
So about $25
Shouldn't you be able to check for, like, a PayPal invoice from a CliffyB@aol.com or something?
UE doesn't give specific purchases.

this is literally all you get to see.
I'm pretty sure he would have it customized to something like CliffyB@FuckingAwesome.com
I'm not sure how good the game actually is but watching someone half-decent at it is pretty entertaining at least:

Game's damn fun if you can look past the level of early access it's in. The dodge roll carries it though
how does it even work? Does it give you i-frames or does it just make you harder to hit
Harder to hit, but it's the mobility that does it. Both pubg and fortnite are super slow while this game has something you can always actively do to go faster. I love speed and movement mechanics in my video games so having a way to accelerate and dodge effectively based on my own level of skill is really nice.
You can roll mid-air and roll into windows to break them. With no fall damage, you can be as reckless with your movement as you need.
I was completely unaware of this channel
I'm thinking 'this sounds like critical'
then 'hey this sounds like the guy from the podcast'
😑
yeah it's fun if you look past literally everything in the entire game
Maybe for you, assuming you've actually played it, but it's a fairly enjoyable casual experience for me. The shooting mechanics aren't that bad and honestly feel better than fortnite, the movement mechanics are pretty nice, the artstyle, whole as of right now pretty far from finished is something I enjoy. The inventory system, while it could use some quality of life changes, is extremely straightforward and very intuitive. I've sadly seen a lot of people go in with this massive hateboner on the game and you should really give it a try before coming to the conclusion that it's shit.
The game has a decent potential to be good. It probably would've been viewed a lot better upon releasing if it spent a bit more time in the proverbial oven.
