STW - Chat and Communication

Personally I hate the state that the chat and communication is at on STW atm. This is for several reason;
No voice communication - obviously it is not as necessary as in BR, however it could still have multiple uses
Cursor appearance when in chat - because there are so many 'subtopics' in the chat overlay (team, global, party) you either need to type /party, etc or you need to select them from the top of the chat bar, this is annoying because half the time my cursor does not show when in chat.
Trade offers - Global chat is a waste of time how it is now, scammers are just advertising trades, i suggest that there are mods in global chat, and that to offer a trade they need to add a person, if they say it in global chat they get a cooldown of like 1hr of not being able to use global chat.

Ideas;
Useful chat commands like /needhelp, which puts a game invitee in whatever chat you put it in and people can join you, if the mission is successful they can get like a 20% xp bonus or something for helping you out

A faster way to report leechers. Holy shit I cannot stand these fucks. Especially the ones that move around doing other crap and do nothing to participate in the missions.

i agree, however you do have to let them do their missions and ask whether they are ready

Im lucky enough to have only seen leechers a few times. But when I do find leechers it's in the missions where defending the objective is difficult, like a 3 man group on a 4-player Atlas mission.

I really dont understand why theres no vote to kick option. The last thing I want is someone building stairs everywhere like its Battle Royale, letting the husks just climb in on to lars's van, and asking to trade.

My favorite is when they trade directly in spawn and get angry at you for spawning in between their trading session. Play the game, you shitbirds. No one likes being stuck in Plankerton.
