I was thinking how would it look if Rust had swamp biomes or something like grand canyon biome. Imagine how awesome it would look.
The grand canyone could maybe replace for example 1/3 of the desert biome, and the swamp biome could replace some percentage of the forest biome.
Can you imagine the beauty of the swamp biome, which would slow you down if walking, but perfect for boat houses? Maybe it would be a bit OP because raiding this wouldn't be as easy as in the other biomes, but we can say the same about the snow biome, where you suffer from the huge cold if you want to have armor on.
Let me know what you think about this.
The current map is already diverse enough for normal-sized servers (like the snowy biome containing icy plains, mountains, tundra forests, frozen lakes and icebergs for instance), but this could be a good idea in a far future.
