Job Set Team Spawn - HogwarsRP - Help me Guys Plss

We are Opening the HogwartsRP Server. But, there is a problem in the sorting hat.

After giving the job, if the player enters and exits the server, the default job is returned.How can I fix.

you should create a sql table with the "houses" of the players saved with their steamid64's and whenever someone tries to spawn in the server -which you can check with GM/PlayerInitialSpawn- make the server read the table and set the job according to their saved data
