When you make a thread you have the option to show that your seeking an answer and you can choose a post to be the correct answer. The weird yellow thing shows that the op is offering coins to the correct post

Maybe a tooltip would be nice, so like "This user has set up a bounty of x coins for the correct solution" when you mouse-over.
