I bought something out of Russia and the item hasn't moved since April 9th. The Russian Mail post has an option to fill out a form to request a search for lost packages. I can only assume it's lost due to how long it hasnt moved and it is a small package. I've tried emailing the place I bought my item from but they never answered me. The reason i'm asking instead of using Google Translate is because it doesn't translate it properly and I don't understand some of the parts i'm required to fill out Here is the link for the tracking of the package: https://www.pochta.ru/tracking#RA658873140RU And here is the link for the lost mail search: Заполнение полей бланков
It does ask for your ID. You can select Foreign Citizen Passport to use for ID.
I have to present a passport for this? Nevermind then, i'm fucked.
Any possibility they simply stop tracking it once it leaves customs? Especially since its not an international third party carrier, may be overnighting it state by state now. And that forms only useful if you live in Russia, as you need to physically hand it to the post office.
your a very open person
I bought a hat from Russia last month, the tracking didnt update for at least 3-4 weeks, then it suddenly showed up at my door. Tracking hadn't updated at all the whole time. I'd give it a while before getting concerned. I regularly order stuff from Asia/that region of the world and a month or more for shipping is pretty standard.
