Before you ban me from the rust forums for being false game banned (kinda ironic lol) I hope you read this, Shendow (comment ca va mec j'esepere que tu peux lire mon ban un francais a l'autre), unclejimaa (I know you strongly dislike me and will perm ban me from here but I hope you read this before you do so), Tlean, Sgt doom, Postal... I think thats most of the mods. O and one more question before we get in the post is do I really see like a hacker to you guys??

Well 40 days now since the ban and I think its at an end. 40 days of constant trying everyday, I posted here and got from level 2 to level 9 because I posted related to bans and hackers, I posted on steam discussions, wrote a steam review talking about it, posted a couple youtube vids to get awareness, posted on reddit, argued in discord, argued in lots of various youtube vid comments, sent facepunch support a ticket saying EAC wasn't helping (they sent me back a link to EAC), sent EAC a ticket first thing got a response saying I scripted (I never scripted), sent EAC 4 more tickets never got a reply, sent some devs tweets and I even added some people who I thought were in the same situation as me. Nothing worked. 40 days of posting a lot about my ban, if I was a hacker I would have gotten a new account and never even try twice to get unbanned but here I am, never have touched a script/macro in my life and then getting a ban for it. When I first got the ban I was like o well il just send a ticket and we will be gucci fam but after 10 days the harsh reality hit me that I was not going to be unbanned. Even though I noticed this I refused to acknowledge it and I still tried to get unbanned for 40 days. At this point I want to talk about how you are treated when you are banned. The way you get treated is like an outcast in the gaming community, no one believes you can get falsely banned by EAC. Even though they are the company that have plenty of background with this and even banned the facepunch devs most recently on March 29 2018. You would think with this being a "smaller" company and a "smaller" player base you could get in contact with the ACTUAL devs easier. Well if you did wrong. I experienced this this the hard way. At this point it kinda depressed me a little but I moved on to rainbow six siege. I played the game before rust but I then got addicted to rust and stopped, well now im forced back and its not that bad. Well this is just my wild ban story and if anyone sees this let it show you a second point of view that not all those who get banned are hackers and that those like me who never hacked get treated like if they were in Guatamano Bay.

One last thing teh part of the community I dont like are the ones that rate ban posts as snowflake or crybaby, like put yourself in a shoe of a false banned guy, what would you do. Would you do, just let yourself just get false banned?

Please respond to this ticket because I had sent this message last week but it did not get a response and please help me get unbanned. All of us that get banned are not hackers or scripters.

I have recently gotten a response to a support ticket about my ban appeal and it had said that I have been permanently banned for programs/scripts/macro and it also said that their was definite proof of this. If their is definite proof of this it would be nice if I could see it. I would like to say that I never had a macro or scripts. I honestly don't even know how to use them or download them. I think that they ruin the fun of the game like hacking because it would be easy mode. I am not sure if you could investigate further (recordings) but you would see that my recoil control is completely normal and not even that good. I have around 1.2k hrs and I had played on a 20x for half of those hours. Doing this I would get guns like the m249 form barrels and because of using it a lot I have gotten good at its recoil (which is basically pull down on your mouse pad), the other gun that I got the ability to spam with was the m92. I practiced with it for around an hour on a build server and I then did a test and saw that I could get a 9 to 10 clicks per second average while holding down the mouse ADS button. The only mouse program I have is my Logitech Gaming Software and it allows me to change my DPI (sensitivity changer) and that would not consider that a cheat as its just a button on my mouse that changes your sensitivity and I rarely use it because its kind of useless. The only other buttons on my mouse are scroll wheel to change weapons, a side button to turn on flashlight/laser sight and another profile for either higher sensitivity or a volume changer. My mouse is the Logitech G502. I had also seen that I had 5 reports on my account (on the rust hack report twitter bans). If you would like I could do a team viewer session where you can scan my computer for anything I would be fine with that or please do contact me on steam so we can talk about this. One last thing I wanted to point out is why would I hack/script on my account when it has some good skins that are worth a bit of money, 11 paid games (ik not too many but its still ok) and 1.2k hours in rust.

So I have had Rust for around one year now and I have never even done anything close to hacking in it. I was playing yesterday and then I hopped off. The next day I was banned from my main server US West 2 for no reason and I still have no idea why. So that day already being angry because of this I decide to spend more money and get Rust on an alt account so I could finish the wipe (we already had a lot of gear and I was not restarting). So that night I play the game and everything is ok. Now after I come back home today I see that both of my accounts got game bans on them and I am so frustrated because Rust is a fun game and I have spent money on skins, on two accounts and I had over 1k hours in the game and me thinking I would not be able to play the game anymore because of a false ban really put my mood down. Its also very frustrating knowing that I had never hacked but there are so many hackers in the game that never get banned but I do without even hacking. I still want to emphasize I HAD NEVER HACKED and I have never teamed with them either because all they do is ruin the game and I have already lost so much stuff to them. Thank you for reading this and I hope you can remove my game ban as I am an ordinary player. Hopefully I could get in contact with some of you and you could add me on steam so we can talk more about the situation.

Also I realize that my secondary accounts name may be a bit offensive and I am sorry about that I was just frustrated from getting server banned on my other account while hackers roam around freely. (the majority of them Chinese on US West 2).

I have been on the rust forums, youtube comments, rust reddit, steam reviews, steam discussions, EAC ban appeals, and some discord servers trying to fight my ban. It is almost a month now since I got my ban and I really don’t want it to continue. So around one month ago I came back home to be surprisingly banned form an official rust server named US West 2. It was only a server ban though so that confused me but then I remembered that the night before that with my friends we got killed by Chinese hackers and spammed in chat Ching Chong you don’t belong”. It was kind of racist and I see where they are coming from with that server ban. Its still kind of ironic we got server banned and the hackers did not. So I tell myself no biggie il just get a second account to finish the wipe on the server. I get that account and then play for a couple hours. The next day I get game banned on both accounts. It was pretty sad seeing that and I was extremely mad because the hackers don’t get banned but I do, me an innocent player gets banned. I sent EAC a ticket and they said I had macros when I never did. I don’t cheat, I have more that 1k hours and lots of skins. I sent them back an appeal and they never responded.
