I tryed using a soundboard but when I joined a server I kept being kicked of the server
so Is that becous that soundboard wasn't allowed in that server or by Rust ?

If you actually got into the game and got kicked from using it, you might have been kicked for being annoying. Otherwise I personally don't know as I don't bother with soundboards.
Cant be becous I was still joining my friend he said i was kicked or banned of the server so idk ?
One reason could be that it uses hotkeys, second reason could be that no one wants to listen to your music
when they get within voice range of you in-game,
dont see the point of it actually, can always use pc mixer to send music to left or right headphone and game sounds to other one, or just have the music playing through your sound system,
but i think the intention is to try to impress other players with your musical choices...............
Yea could be becous it uses some hot keys to turn it on and off. But what other sound board can I use other wise ?

Don't use a soundboard, just play it in your background, if your friend wants to listen to it, send him a youtube link, problem solved, or at least I'm not understanding at all what you want.
