Spawn menu icons showing up as some kind of static

It only does this in the "Browse" section of spawnlists, with my addons and games, seems like it doesn't want to load anything with thumbnails that are from that, this screenshot is from the Half Life list

Anyone know how to fix this? :[

Have you tried without addons? Or reinstalling the game?
