If anyone from facepunch is reading these comments, take a look at the way "shadow cascades" are interacting with the dense forest areas you added months ago. There is a bug in your code that is making the "2 cascades" option give a massive performance boost compared to "no cascades" or "4 cascades", on highest graphics settings, at least.
Um... people on potato settings play Rust with laptops man. This is going to be a high end game, if you can't tell. :/
Three hackers disliked the update. Very nice update, i'll keep waiting for the trim update , best thing you did was change for monthly updates, every new update smells really good.
So curious actually about the new compound. The turrets only go hostile for: Killing, Looting, Sleeping and for weapons, however do they attack you based on how much clothing you have on? Reason im asking is because i was rolling through it a few times over the past hour and just ran back and got mowed down by the turrets. Nothing in my hotbar what-so-ever but the only change on my gear was a new wolf headdress.
So is there a max clothing limit or other forms of attire that is unacceptable?
Awesome update! I would like to request an extra equip slot be added for only accessories like gloves and bandanas, I feel like these items become pretty useless, really fast. (unless you are using the bandana in the snow). Also, please consider adding some form of character customization! I know it would add to the immersive experience of the game. It doesn't even necessarily have to be a full character creator because I know some people may like the current system (although I would love full character creator!) but maybe just the option to give my character a beard, or trade my black guy's man bun for a buzz. I mean, my black guy, smooth face man bun is just terrible, lol...

Awesome update! I do think though that maybe it would make more sense if the compound was run by ai survivors instead of scientists. I mean, we still don't know why they're here so maybe it makes more sense to have scientists. But I think I like the idea of survivors more.

I like it! Just I feel like people are going to abuse it. Such as running in during fights or building roof camping towers over it. But otherwise its really nice to buy rare stuff like a large furnace.

Please fix that, someone is inside the building or something like this that allows to shoot people without being dead. The sounds too are buggy, trees and other things are being heard from far away.
wow....so much had goone wrong with this update....soundengine is messed up. You are not able to exactly piont out from where the sounds ccome from. Players are running like crabs. They didn't even look at the point where they are aiming at. Scripts or hacks seem to be easier to use.....serously what have u done to this game? You cant trust your ears and your vision. kinda unplayable...I hope you guys are working at the hotfix. its kinda unplayable in this state....

probably with me the developers do not agree. I do not really like hapis. it is not convenient. he is not cozy. I'm used to playing a procedural map. just play on (baren). yes on hapise in the middle there is a mountain high. the location of which I do not like. all slides are high. walk for a long time. you can not do as in a lehasi card? add more lakes. the whole point is in legacy. that it was possible to get out of the map. build on land. on the same map all in a circle. in general it is not very convenient. gather more reviews. in future. I wanted a separate card. only better than before.
