TTT Random Laggs Dedicated Server

Hey i am getting recently random laggs on my server like seen on the screenshots. They are like stutters the first screenshot is occuring only rarely and then htop says that 1 core is on 100% and the other cores are at 30%. The 3rd screenshot shows when everything is normal because i could not catch the 100% core... The 2nd screenshot happens pretty often that are very short laggs but noticable.

Ubuntu 16.04.4 LTS @ linux 4.4.0-122-generic
KVM vServer
DUAL Intel® Xeon® Processor E5-2630 (24 x 2.00/2.50 Ghz) (Hostsystem)
6GB Ram
150 GB SSD

Infomation you provided via the netgraph suggests the server is dropping your connection frequently. Feel free to add me on steam and i'll happly come and help you out
