I was gonna dismiss the app-connected grill but that's actually pretty handy when you think about it. Less time poking at beef under poor lighting to see if it's done and more time with family/making salads/etc.
App-connected stuff can be really useful, sometimes you get this grill and sometimes you get the Juicero.
As long as the connection has actual use.
Hey cool, Nashville! That's my neck of the woods. Video was entertaining. Gonna actually try these out sometime this summer. I've got a charcoal grill I love to use. That app-connected thermometer is cool. I do pretty good time-based but also knowing exactly when without having to open the grill is handy. That smoker seems pretty cool, as well. Thought about getting one in the future.

I could imagine him getting pissed at shannon constantly appearing and he says 'pop out one more time and I'll stab you with these probes'
And then she does it and he proceeds to stab her with the probes
and then his app tells him the food is overcooked and that shannon is actually some sort of demon beast
