This pack from 4 years ago has the Cobra and most of the vehicles from Black Ops. You simply had to search hard enough.

It's not in that pack, because the BO1 model is just a badly edited and reskinned version of the Cobra from CoD4. I ported the original CoD4 cobra instead for that pack.
The Rising Storm 2 AH-1 is an infinitely better model, It's probably best to wait for someone to port that one instead.
Hey Kali didn´t Znalecc include the Cobra in the beta pack? Or was it just the Huey?
I don't know the pack you're talking about, but any port of the RS2 Cobra is going to be way better than even a good port of the BO1 model. That thing was kind of bad even for the time the game was released.

Is there a chance you could still rip it? I really need a good sea cobra step in for the moment, low quality or not I just need a stand in
