Now my question is, is this some international law or is it US law? Because if it's US law and you're deporting someone already, you have no say in if they get to be with their children in their home country.

Maybe all this illegal border crossing is a symptom of a fucked immigration program and the illegal way is a lot more successful than trying to brave the “proper channels”?

I was talking to my dad about this, and if I remember correctly, he legit said that America should make it harder to legally immigrate in and that America should be more isolated. I don't remember his exact reasons, but chances are it probably has something to do with globalists or some shit. I'm hoping he changed his mind on that some time ago, but idk if he did.
