Good afternoon I have downloaded Garry's Mod on my sons windows 10 (virtual machine), however when I double click on icon to start game it comes up with a dll error. I have tried disabling anti virus but still get same result, any suggestions?
one of the the game's binary files is corrupted or never downloaded, i suggest verifying the game files.
Also please note that running games in a virtual machine is a sub optimal experience and may not work at all.
I have managed to now fix the MSVCR100.dll error which wouldn't allow me to launch game.
I can now getting onto game and see home page, when I click new game it begins to load but then in top left I get small box saying "something is creating script errors" before taking me back to the home page, any suggestions? Maybe it is the fact I am using virtual machine but have seen other mac users on youtube playing it on VM?
