http://www.newsweek.com/saudi-arabia-says-it-will-build-nuclear-bomb-if-iran-restarts-program-917949 You got yourself a potential nuclear war in the middle east, you happy now?
GG Trump, you’ve potentially created a nuclear arms race in the most volatile place in the entire world. I hope it was worth it to snub Obama, you disgusting cretin. I hope I live long enough to see you strung up like a pig.
Trump what the fuck were you thinki- oh nvm lol
I'm more scared of Saudi Arabia having nuclear weapons than Iran, tbh.
I doubt it was just to snub Obama. I'm sure Putin called him up and said, "Do me a solid".
well the good thing about a future where everyone has nuclear weapons is that there will be no more wars
Can't start any more wars if there's no one left to start them.
Theirs always going to be wars, WW4 will just be fought with sticks and stones.
The worst part about this is, while Iran doesn't stand much of a chance of developing a significant nuclear threat without other nations knowing/intervening (things like stuxnet deployed by the CIA, or Israel actually bombing Iranian facilities). Saudi Arabia stands a credible chance of developing nuclear arms relatively quickly and without being impeded by other nations, as they have the funds, materials, and access to scientists and engineers to make it happen. Additionally, knowing how rational the Saudi government is, I don't doubt that either the missiles will be mishandled, or possibly used in a proxy war over something stupid, potentially heralding a much more dangerous era going into the future. Where nuclear arms could be deployed in conventional conflicts, meaning that any war to disarm or prevent SA from using nuclear arms would result in massive casualties. I may have been born long after the cold war ended, but one thing I think is lost on modern politicians and much of our society is just how powerful and dangerous nuclear arms can be, and how close the world came to ending a few decades ago. Aside from being able to vaporize everything within a 5ish mile radius, and cause massive damage for miles further, even a short and localized nuclear conflict will cause ramifications and hardship the literal world over.
Yeah but we've arbitrarily decided that SA is good and Iran is evil bad evil. The fact that the UK still sells arms to them is shameful.
So will I still get banned if I share about how I want Trump's story to end out of the blue? Cause this fucker is going to cause a nuclear war in the middle east. For fuck sake man, what is this man's major malfunction. Fuck.
Starting a nuclear arms race between some of the worst governments in the world to own the libs.
Trump literally spoke on the campaign trail about how it would be great to see more nuclear proliferation in countries like Saudi Arabia, so I'm not sure he'll be concerned by this
I can't wait for global nuclear armageddon it'll be such a great meme, the libs will be so triggered I've already made a fallout shelter out of cinder blocks and tin foil. I'm going to be living the good life while these snowflakes melt! maga!
Fuck sake Trump
Saudi is the last place that needs nukes let alone be allied to any country, let alone the u.s. of all places
blow everything up, then go in and take the oil you goddamn mad man Trump...
Hmmm. Let's see here, what's on that Great War of 2077 checklist...nuclear scuffle in the mideast? We're well on track to tick that box in 30 years or so! War.....war never changes.
People can be extremely petty. Even if there's none of us left someone's going to find a way to start a war over something utterly inane like who's buried deeper. Well Trump has made it quite clear that he hates brown people so that shouldn't really be a surprise. He's also malevolent enough to think that torture is a valid way of obtaining information and that people should be killed simply for the crime of being family members of terrorists. He's a shining example of all the things wrong with humanity.
People need to watch more nuclear test footage in school, then. 9th-10th grade social studies should focus a week on the devastation and destruction these things can wreak. People genuinely have forgotten how terrifyingly powerful nuclear weapons are, how a shitty 15kT warhead dropped from a recip bomber 70-odd years ago levelled an entire city is but a mere firework compared to a modern nuclear warhead, how laughably easy and painless delivering that warhead is. Would change some minds to be sure. Might not be a bad idea to force Western lawmakers through the same class as well...
yeah ok I'm living to see a nuclear war fuuuuuuuuck
Good job Trump! What a master deal maker!
The Saudis are suspected of funding and assisting with Pakistan's nuclear program on the condition of being able to buy weapons or the designs of the Pakistanis.
White House says it doesn't have a position on a Saudi nuclear program https://twitter.com/CBSNews/status/994309261831401472?s=19

There's no better way to own the libs than to turn them into tiny dust particles, along with everything else.
So on the one hand, nuclear proliferation was inevitable. The science isn't that hard, and there's lots of trained nuclear scientists/engineers for power purposes. We've managed to keep the materials contained enough that only nation-states can really get their hands on it, but with modern technology and manufacturing, it's not all that hard to enrich uranium, and you can get your hands on uranium ore pretty easily, especially if you're a country. But dammit, we needed to make it last for as long as possible. At the very least, we had to make it last until anti-missile tech was at a point where it can be relied on. Right now, it's just a hindrance, a way to make your enemies spend more money on counter-counter-measures, and present the specter of being able to neutralize a nuclear attack so as to make an attack too risky. If everyone from Albania to Zambia is going to end up with atomic weaponry, we need a missile shield that's basically perfect. And that is not what we've got.
lmao wasn't his reasoning for canceling the deal that said deal would create a nuclear arms race?
Trump doing something that results in the exact opposite of his stated intentions? Color me surprised!
Iran was going to get nukes 10 years after the deal anyway. So, yes, there definitely would have been a nuclear arms race. It's not like the Saudis would have been totally cool with Iran having nukes 10 years later.
