missing toolgun features

This is probably a Problem with your Gmod Files, not with lua development

Then check if the addons are actually installed and running?
If they dont exist i nthe tool list, then they are not installed

Wait wait, are you aware those addons weren't made by garrysmod's dev team and those are addons?

you know that the addons you listed that are not there, are not default tools of gmod? you need to download them from the workshop
