Having a super weird issue...
It seems like network lag but my ping is usually like ~85.
I can do something in game (when possible) and I see it happen in console, but it will take a long time before it happens in game. I frequently get stuck (like a large lag spike)
I often cannot connect to servers when I know they're up. It's hit or miss, for example right now I only see 300 dark rp servers online.
Anyone got any ideas? I play other games just fine. No lag, no network problems.
My PC is way over built for gmod. (I7 8700k, GTX 1080, 32GB RAM)
I had this issue when I had a baby boy router that couldn't handle the amount of traffic returned from querying the master server list. Any time I'd open the crap server browser my entire internet connection (as in, every device) would lose connection.
I got a big boy router and that stopped happening.
