What's the hell is going on with this optimization?

I have a good pc, which can run all recent games on ultra or may be high settigns in 60+ fps, but rust doesn't. I'm having this problem since i bought this card and i thought i will play rust like easy, but no, these stutters and my card all the f*cking time not fully loaded by the game, is it normal???? Game released already and still not have good optimization. I will repeat for smart people: i'm having this problem only in rust, in other games its ok.

From middle and at the end u can see big drops of fps and stutters.

My pc:
i5 6500 3.2Ghz
Asus RX 580 4gb
2x8 Ram HyperX Fury DDR4 2400
SSD 128gb (windows on it)
HDD Toshiba 7200 (Games on it)
Windows 10 x64

Atleast you can play. I have two very powerful PCs and neither of them run this game anymore. Both suffer from different problems and I can't get help from facepunch or abroad in terms of troubleshooting.

I can not understand for the life of me why THIS game in particular runs into so many problems. It's the most finicky game I've played to date and I have been PC gaming since 1999 release of EverQuest. Unfortunately, I love the game and would like to play! Back to troubleshooting...

Yeah, the main problem of the game is engine. Unity not so good for so big games, so its hard to make good optimization. I can understand facepunch, but sometimes its annoying, when u always have some stutters, drops.
