We recently opened a 100 slot server hosted on NFO running a heavily modified version of DarkRP. Things mostly run fine, but once the player count rises to ~40-50 people's pings skyrocket. We've tried changing around a number of parameters like the tickrate, sv_max/minrate, etc. but nothing seems to work and we're reaching the point where we need to admit we really have no idea what we're doing when it comes to server performance. The server framerate fluctuates WILDLY so we have a var that's way too high. From what I can find online it looks like you want this value to be small, on the order of about 2-3msec. I'm at a complete loss as to what could be causing this. We got dbugr to try and diagnose what exactly was causing the most strain and this is what we see:

We have no idea if these values are in any way excessive or not. To be honest, we're completely clueless right now. Anyone have any ideas?
The graph in the first picture literally shows you that the most impact is because entities. Which is no surprise when the player counter rises because players spawn props, entitys, things. It gets impactfull
